Errol McDonald, BA, RRC is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology, where he attended and played four seasons for the NCAA RIT Tigers Hockey Team. After graduating with a Degree in Business Management, Errol added his RRC designation in financial planning.

Prior to joining O2K, Errol was the Founder and Managing Director of Avenue Sports Management and Makrobi Prep that assists student-athletes in the BIPOC community that want to participate in sports, and benefit from mentorship opportunities. His path as a player from junior hockey, through college, and eventually professional hockey, is what drives his passion and purpose to guide young athletes on and off the ice. His background in business, marketing and operational development has allowed him to channel those experiences into player advisory, coaching, and development.

As someone who has been through the process, Errol is able to use his experiences to empower athletes, both athletically and academically, to build confidence to towards achieving their goals.

As a Client Manager for O2K, Errol oversees recruiting in the Ontario Province and Northeast Region.
