Canadiens agree to contract With Brady Keeper

MONTREAL - Montreal Canadiens general manager Kent Hughes announced on Saturday that the team has agreed to terms on a one-year, two-way contract with defenseman Brady Keeper. Keeper sported the colors of the Abbotsford Canucks last season, amassing one goal and five assists in 35 games before adding one goal in two playoff games. The 6-foot-2, 197-pound defenseman tallied 27 points (9 goals, 18 assists) in 107 games with the Springfield Thunderbirds, the Syracuse Crunch and the Canucks. Keeper also played two NHL games with the Florida Panthers.
